India has test-fired a home-grown anti-tank missile from a site in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh, a senior defence official said on Tuesday.
The infra-red homing missile, named Nag (Serpent), was tested for the first time from a mobile battlefield launcher and scored a direct hit on a target 2km away, defence official S.S. Mishra told the Press Trust of India news agency.
