Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) Chairman Syed Asim Zafar has said the LSE governing board has fixed Rs 20 million as minimum price for sale of a new membership of the Exchange.
"No offer, that is below Rs 20 million, will be accepted for sale of a new membership, he said, adding: "We will wait till we get the desired price."
Talking to Business Recorder, Asim Zafar said the LSE board of directors has formed a committee under the supervision of LSE chief for this purpose, which will prepare a marketing strategy to lure the prospective buyers for the new membership rights.
