Plan to bring all district government departments under one roof

District Government has prepared a plan to bring its all administrative departments under one roof to facilitate the people.
District Nazim Hyderabad, Dr Makhdoom Rafique Zaman said this while presiding over a meeting of representatives of Non-Governmental and social welfare organisations here at Qasimabad on Friday evening.
He said this would help making close co-ordination among all administrative departments.
He said the District Government has also planned to bring all social welfare institutions including Rehabilitation Centre for Physical Handicapped, Dar-ul-Aman, Dar-ul-Atfal and Socio-Economic Centre under one roof at Pilot Social Welfare Complex and its adjacent land, which owned by Social Welfare Department.
"The decision has been made following dilapidated and unsuitable conditions of the rented buildings where these social welfare institutions are situated," he said.
The District Government has approved annual budget for all these social welfare institutions of the Social Welfare Department first ever in the history with a view to make these institutions capable to cater the needs of the deserving people, the Nazim said.
