QUALITY OBJECTIVES Keeping in view the Safety and Quality Policy of PIA Engineering & Maintenance, the quality objectives of the Organisation are to:
i. Maintain aircraft, engines, and components in Airworthy conditions as per standards/requirements by the Authorities.
ii. Ensure quality of maintenance carried out is as defined in relevant maintenance documents conforming to the highest standards of international aviation safety.
iii. Ensure strict adherence to the Reliability Program for continuous improvement in the maintenance standards in a coast effective manner.
iv. Ensure on-time availability of airworthy aircraft to meet operational requirements through dynamic and efficient planning of the scheduled maintenance.
v. Strive towards a zero-defect maintenance program by ensuring minimum reworks, rejects or deviations.
vi. Ensure accurate documentation of accomplished work.
vii. Ensure availability of adequate and quality approved spares, on time, to meet all maintenance programs.
viii. Ensure availability of adequate tooling, support and test equipment for accomplishing required quality maintenance.
ix. Ensure the highest standards of cabin cleanliness and furnishing for the comfort of passengers.
x. Maintain a functional feedback loop to ensure customer satisfaction and minimised customer complaints.
xi. Continually upgrade maintenance facilitates ensuring the finest available to the work force.
xii. Embrace modern technology in all spheres of its activities and be a choice employer maintaining outstanding management-worker relationship.
