US Congressman Dan Burton has said that President Musharraf and the government of Pakistan are doing everything they can to work with the United States to stop the terrorists' threats.
"I think President Musharraf and government of Pakistan has been a great friend of US, they continue to be a great friend and they are doing everything they can, to work with us to stop the terrorists threats," Congressman told Geo Television in an exclusive interview telecast on Tuesday.
He said President Musharraf has been playing a very positive role in the global anti-terrorism drive. "We appreciate Pakistan's role and we want to be good friend of Pakistan. We would continue what we can in supporting Pakistan," he said.
