I am very thankful to Almighty Allah on this happiest occasion and then my production employees from the top level to the end whose efforts and hard working made it possible for Silver Textile Factory to be Export Trophy Winner.
The key term in the production is to do your SWOT analysis. We have highly professional team members who have vast and deep knowledge of new machinery for weaving, dyeing, bleaching, cutting & stitching.
Before going into production the research department always make the SWOT, which means Strength of the Production, Weakness that is where we are lacking, Opportunity, where can get this done at much cheaper rates, that is the in house production is capable to do at cheaper rates with best quality or we have to go for out station manufacturing, Threat is related to the weaker part, for example what if the price of the yarn will increase and what if packing material will cost much more than our expectation.
This is the reason why we do the SWOT analysis. It really helps us to make the goods at cheaper possible rates with best quality and it ensures the right time of production. Silver Textile Factory is working with this strategy for about 3 years now, and it has proved to be successful. The example is in front of all of you,
