Leather Field in actual is an integrated organisation, it comprises of an impressive and effective marketing / wholesale unit in USA, a garment manufacturing unit and the largest tanning unit equipped with latest machinery ever found in East Asia.
The Tannery through its peculiar recipes makes vast variety of leather articles which are highly appreciated by the buyers. These articles constitute an impressive and unmatched line of articles which are not only of good quality but also available at very reasonable and competitive prices.
Its capacity is to develop exclusive range of articles ie from glazed and polished or buffed; matte finishes to an array of antique, distressed and textured effects. It is worth mentioning that the tannery can produce more than 60,000 square feet finished leather a day from the best raw materials.
However, to offer specially selected skins to customers, finished leather is also imported from the renowned tanneries in Italy, New Zealand, Austria, Africa, America, Russia and Asia.
Leather Field's garment manufacturing unit has a monthly capacity to produce almost 80,000 units. It is flexible in handling any size of production order, no matter how big or small is the order. It is equipped / built with the concept for an immediate response and instant proceedings of the orders with typical lead time of no more than 60 days.
Leather Field implies unique and standard methods and techniques for the Finishing, Cutting and Stitching of the leather. Foreign technicians are hired to closely watch the production process, which on one side help the company to rectify its flaws in production process and also introducing economical methods and techniques which prevents unnecessary waste of material with the usage of conventional methods of production.
