Thal Limited, Jute Division (formerly know as Thal Jute Mills Limited) has received "Export Merit Trophy" Award of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) for its exceeding export figures it achieved during 2002-03.
This award was received by Jamil Hussain, Executive Director from Chief Guest, Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain at the 27th FPCCI Export Trophy Award ceremony held here.
Thal Jute Division was awarded FPCCI Merit Trophy second time for achieving Rs 130 million exports figures, has already secured many awarded such as in 1999 KSE Top 25 Companies Award for its best performance, 2000-Corporate Excellence Certificate of Management Association of Pakistan, 2001 Corporate Excellence Certificate of Management Association of Pakistan, 2002 - ISO 9001-2000 Certification for Quality Management System, 2004 - ISO 14001 for Environment Management System & Environment Excellence Award in 2004.-PR
