Punjab Minister for Livestock Syed Haroon Ahmed Sultan has said that steps must be taken to promote calligraphy and calligraphy art in the country.
While addressing the award ceremony of Calligraphy and Calligraphy Art course, arranged by Calligraph-Artists Guild, here Tuesday he termed calligraphy as a symbol of Islamic history that had played a remarkable role in promoting Islamic identity throughout the world.
