He made the offer in a meeting with Sindh Chief Secretary Mohammed Aslam Sanjrani, here on Thursday.
In the meeting, Badrul Islam briefed the chief secretary about the services it is providing and said the NIPA is ready to impart training in IT to meet the modern day requirements.
On the occasion, Director NIPA Arif Ali and Director (Training) Kamran Lakhani, while highlighting the services of the Institute, said, "training is also imparted in office management besides organising joint seminars and workshops."
They said: "Special care is taken of team building, leadership, human rights, environment and research factors in the training programme."
They said facilities of tennis, badminton and gymkhana for the participants for long and short-term training courses are also available.
They informed the Sindh chief secretary that NIPA's all faculties are linked with each other through Internet and e-mail.
The chief secretary appreciated the NIPA's services and hoped that with the promotion of co-ordination and links between NIPA and the Sindh government departments, the officials and employees would be greatly benefited with the training facilities of NIPA, including Information Technology.
