Jewellers community of Lahore had announced to support the Piaf-Founders Alliance in the coming elections of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), according to a press release issued here on Wednesday.
It stated that representatives of 20 jewellery markets of the city gathered on invitation of Sarafa Association Liberty where they unanimously announced to support Piaf-Founders Alliance associate class candidates Aftab Ahmad Vohra, Sheikh Muhammad Arshad, Faisal Iqbal and Ali Asghar Malik.
Those who addressed on this occasion were LCCI President, Mian Anjum Nisar, Piaf Chairman, Muhammad Ali Mian, LCCI Standing Committee on Jewellery convenor, Moeenuddin and others.
The speakers said that the LCCI rendered great services to develop gems and jewellery trade, therefore jewellers' community would vote for the alliance.
