Piaf-Founders Alliance, after winning the forthcoming election would work for ensuring peace and order in industrial and business areas and reduction in the utility prices like electricity, gas and petrol apart from bringing down tax rates.
The Vice Chairman Piaf and former Chairman Lahore Township Industries Association (LTIA), Mian Abuzar Shad stated this while addressing a industrialists' gathering.
The function was arranged to introduce the Piaf-Founder Alliance candidates including Mian Shafqat Ali, Kashif Younis, Majid Abdullah, Sheikh Muhammad Manzoor, Aftab Ahmad Vohra, Sheikh Muhammad Arshad, Faisal Iqbal and Ali Asghar Malik in the forthcoming LCCI polls.
Among others LTIA Chairman, Ahsen Mehmood Butt, Nasrullah Mughal, Mubashar Ahmad Malik, Tahir Javed Malik and others spoke on the occasion.
According to a press release issued here Friday, the speakers alleged that the opposition group was not able to find candidates for the Chamber class.
They said that the opposition should respect the democratic norms and instead of looking for way of fleeing should join the election process.
