The united opposition will organise protest rallies in the country on Saturday (September 11) to condemn the aggression, brutalities and atrocities in the Muslim world in general and in Iraq and Afghanistan in particular by the US and its allies.
"We have decided to observe the 9/11 as black day to condemn the US and its allies aggression and invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan and other Muslim countries," said Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) Liaquat Baloch while talking to newsmen here on Friday.
He said protest rallies would be held in every town and district headquarters of the country.
Baloch said: "We vehemently condemned the air strikes on Wana and killing of 50 innocent people and leaving 120 people injured."
The action was sowing the seed of hatred among the tribesmen, Baloch said, adding: "We would not bargain on military operation in Wana (Waziristan).
"Raids on religious seminaries, arrest of innocent people in the guise of operation against al Qaeda, Hudood ordinance, blasphemy law and uniform issue and we stick to our stance on these issues," said Liaquat Baloch.
People would be forced to come out on roads if the raids on religious seminaries were not stopped forthwith and arrested teachers and students were not released, he warned.
To a question, he said: "We are not bringing a no trust motion against the Speaker of the National Assembly for showing his partiality in favour of ruling party. However, we can consider it if the Alliance for Restoration of Democracy (ARD) brings a motion against him," he said.
He said if Shaukat Aziz claimed that he was not a man of American camp, then he should issue orders for suspension of operation in Wana (Waziristan) and Balochistan and raids on religious seminaries.
He said that Shaukat Aziz did not enjoy the confidence of the masses because he was adjudged as foreign branded prime minister.
