A correspondent in a newspaper decries colossal expenditure of at least 4.524 billion that he has estimated for 165 Federal Ministers, Ministers of State, Chairmen Senate/Standing Committees etc-etc, which he thinks could easily be halved and provide a few human kidney sellers with two square meals for their wretched families. His estimate does not include cars, ACs, generators etc either.
May I draw your readers' attention that if the battalions of Ministers and similar functionaries at the provinces are taken into account also the expenditure will be over 12 billion at least.
And to what avail all this huge spending and what is there that these politicians do that cannot be done by the professionals and that too at a fraction of the cost. Hore Choopo democracy.
