Shafi Burfat castigated Punjab for all miseries of Sindh and its people, saying Pakistan rulers and establishment were engaged from day one in converting Sindhis and Balochs as slaves and plundering their national wealth.
Opposing reported army operation in Balochistan, he said it was aimed at controlling the natural resources of Balochistan. He announced that his party supports the Balochi people in their resistance against Punjab.
Burfat said these rulers were now granting citizenship to aliens living in Sindh with aim to convert Sindhis into minority, adding their struggle will continue against all such policies. He said Sindhis believe in Sufism, but installing a person from religious party as Nazim of Karachi, the rulers were giving impression to world that Sindh was fundamental.
