Holiday Inn-Lahore will hold a seven-day 'Friendship Food Festival' from September 23-30, for the promotion of culture and traditions of sub-continent and bringing to light the typical customs, food, dresses and other cultural things.
The festival would create an emblematic ambience where food, dresses and almost all the cultural expressions of sub-continent will be presented.
"We intend to introduce different delicious foods presented in such an environment where people would enjoy the richness of cultural values and a sense of friendship. Such festivities would create social interaction between the people of both the countries, which will make them develop a cultural harmony and eventually pave a long way for the solution of the political conflict as well," said Kanwar Asif while expressing his views about the festival.
