Provincial Minister for Co-operatives Colonel Malik Mohammad Anwer (Retd) and Provincial Minister for Tourism, Mian Mohammad Aslam have expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief on killing of renowned religious scholars Mufti Mohammad Jamil and Maulana Nazir Ahmed.
In their separate statements issued here on Sunday, they said that Islam neither allow anybody to kill any person without reason nor it does allow to spread tension and unrest in the society.
They said some anti-state elements does not like wise development policies of Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and President General Pervez Musharraf and were trying to create difference among the Muslims belonging to different schools of thought.
The ministers have prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to the members of the grieved families to bear this loss with fortitude.
