The President of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), Junked I. Khan has directed the company's officers to meet the target of installation of new telephone connections and to improve the existing services in order to increase the customer base. He was presiding a high level meeting here on Thursday at Pct.'s headquarters, to review the performance of company's Sindh and Balochistan Regions.
He asked the officers to provide better and improved services to customers so that the company could compete with its future competitors.
Junked emphasised upon the needs of adopting customers friendly measures, which would help in retaining and increasing the company's subscribers.
The meeting also discussed the issues pertaining to revenue target, provision of WLL lines in dry area and preventive maintenance programme for Karachi.
He further directed the development region to ensure quality work in its ongoing projects, so that the company's network will sustain for long span of time.
He stressed the need to continue the renovation work in different buildings of the city on the pattern of Rainbow Center to provide better quality of service to our valued customers.
Ameer-ud-din Senior Executive Vice President (IT), Rehmatullah Executive Vice President (Opt) South, Zafar Marwat Chief Engineer (M&O), General Managers Muzaffar All, Akhtar Jameel, Z. A. Tunio, Saeed Ahmed, Zonal Directors, Divisional Engineers were also present in the meeting.
