Information Ministers of the Saarc countries who will attend the two day conference would visit the historical place of Taxila on December 16, on Thursday. Two-day Saarc information ministers conference is being held in Islamabad on December 15 and 16. The conference is aimed at finding ways and means to improve the electronic as well as print media coverage in the region through exchange of experiences of each other.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli will host lunch at Taxila in the honour of the Saarc Information Ministers.
Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Information, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed will host dinner in the honour of the visiting dignitaries on December 15.
