The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice for January 04, 2005 to SHO Baseerpur and directed him to produce abducted boy Ahmed Ali before the court. The court passed these orders in a petition filed by the father of kidnapped boy. The court also directed SP Okara to submit reply in the petition before next date of hearing.
The petitioner through his counsel M.D. Tahir contended that Muhammad Aslam and others abducted his son on December 14, but police failed to recover him so far. The court, after hearing petitioner's counsel at length, issued notices to the respondents and directed them to produce the boy before the court on next date of hearing.
