Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim has appointed Abdul Ghaffar Qureshi as his political adviser. Abdul Ghaffar Qureshi is the additional general secretary of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML) Sindh and he had been elected as MPA, twice from Mirpurkhas. During the general polls of 1985 he was elected MPA for the first time and at that time he joined the PML, since then he has been affiliated with the party.
He has played an important role in reorganising the party in the province.
