Senior member Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) Barrister Zafarullah has approached the Supreme Court of Pakistan, praying early hearing of his petition against Legal Framework Order. He also challenged the legality and authority of acting President of Pakistan giving final approval of bill passed by parliament on the issue of uniform of President of Pakistan.
The petitioner contended that the matter is of serious nature but the respondent officials of Supreme Court are not fixing his petition before any bench of the august court for its disposal in accordance with the law.
He, therefore, prayed to the court to direct the office to immediately fix his petition before any bench of the august court for its disposal in accordance with the law.
