ICI Pakistan and Eastern Color and Chemical Company, USA have signed an agreement to manufacture and market specialised textile finishes in Pakistan. According to ICI here, its new partnership with Eastern Color will provide regional access to state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly, water and oil repellents, soil release agents (RAINOFF), flame retardants, highly concentrated pigment dispersions, dye and print auxiliaries, fibre and yarn lubricants, antistatic, cohesive agents, and defoamers that meet US as well as European specifications.
