The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed Assistant Registrar Mubarak Ali Bhatti on the charges of gross negligence. D&SJ/Member Inspection Team Muhammad Khalid Chaudhry had conducted an inquiry against him and held that the charge stood proved against him. He submitted his report to the Chief Justice for necessary action, and the Chief Justice after perusing the record of proceedings agreed with the findings of the inquiry officer and final notice of major penalty for dismissal from service was served upon him and he was afforded opportunity of personal hearing by him.
The Chief Justice, considering the reply submitted by him, found the accused officer guilty and ordered his dismissal with immediate effect.
