Supply of natural gas from Dhodak oil & gas field was restored on Sunday evening which had remained suspended for over 22 hours and consumers of Kot Adu, Muzaffargarh, Multan, Taunsa and adjacent areas were badly hit. Kot Addu Power Company (Kapco) had to use furnace oil to run the power station.
Paramilitary forces were deployed along the main line of Dhodak field for security and a special team of engineers and technicians repaired the damage.
