Bears stage comeback on ISE

Bears returned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where players and genuine traders offloaded their positions to avoid heavy losses amid the decrease in index. ISE network index showed a decrease of 28.91 points as the rate-based indicator moved from 13,889.32 to 13,860.41 points.
Total 149 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (85) closed in minus territory, 62 showed plus signs, while two companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.
The turnover of PTCL was 1,504,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,744,000 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 1,146,700 shares as compared to previous turnover of 1,525,700 shares. The volume of Hubco was 470,500 shares.
