The Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has approved the delisting of Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) of Packages Limited in light of its exercise of call option on November 4, 2004 to fully redeem all outstanding TFCs. The TFCs of Packages Ltd, of total issue size of Rs 700 million were listed at LSE on October 5, 2001. The Company has reported that all redemption warrants have been dispatched to the TFC holders, therefore, they will stand delisted from the ready board quotations of exchange with effect from March 10, 2005, a notice issued by LSE said on Wednesday.
