Sindh Home Minister Rauf Siddiqui on Thursday asked the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) to postpone the million march, scheduled in the city on Sunday in the larger interests of the country. Talking to electronic media persons in his office, he said that as some international mega events were scheduled in the city from March 19, hence the opposition should postpone their show of street power.
"The coming Sunday is not a 'holy Sunday' and many more Sundays would also come, when the opposition could hold their processions," the provincial home minister said.
