Concern voiced over POL price hike

Senator Professor Khurshid Ahmad has expressed his shock over the recent rise in the prices of petroleum products. In a statement, he said that continuous rise in petroleum prices had added to the miseries of common man while rulers were living in extravagance. Terming it undemocratic attitude of the government, Professor Khurshid said it was unfortunate that the rulers had no concern for peoples' sufferings.
"The poor masses find it increasingly difficult to make both ends meet but the government takes no notice of price hike," he said.-PR
