As a part of its on-going teacher-training programme, the Oxford University Press is conducting a workshop for teachers on 'On Track'- a complete English programme for Primary level on Saturday, 26 March 2005, from 10:00 am to 3.30 pm, at the Oxford University Press Head Office, says a press release here on Friday.
The On Track series, written by Peter Moss, is based on the current syllabus requirements for Primary level classes, the release said adding it provides a strong English language course structure and uses the best modern teaching methods for establishing, reinforcing, and enhancing among students the knowledge and understanding of comprehension, language and writing skills.
It added the series comes complete with a Teachers Guide and an interactive E-Guide CD for teachers. The Teachers Guide contains useful notes, important definitions, answers to course book exercises and guidelines for lesson plans, while the interactive E-Guide CD for teachers encompasses a host of rich features such as printable material, presentations, explanations topic related web links etc, the release said.-PR
