Futures moved both ways on the forward cottonseed oilcake market as most of the buyers kept on the sidelines due to less interest, dealers said on Monday. The May vaida commenced with 20 gain at Rs 430.80. Later, it managed to gain 60 paisa to be day's best at Rs 431.40. In the process of trading, it shed Rs 1.20 to be day's bottom at Rs 430.60 and market settled at Rs 430.70.
The Next July vaida did not show any change at opening at Rs 427.80. Later, it gained 60 paisa to be day's highest at Rs 428.40. During the modest trading, it lsot Rs 1.50 to be day's lowest at Rs 426.90 and closing was seen at the same level, dealers said.
