As many as 20 children were identified of having hole in their hearts in Kot Ghulam Muhammad and its suburbs. According to a social worker of the town, Rajab Kambhar, conducted a survey in Kot Ghulam Muhammad and the adjoining areas, revealed that 20 children are suffering from this congenital disease. However, further survey in this connection is underway to find out more patients suffering from this disease, he added.
He told PPI that social welfare organisations were reviewing prospects of free treatment of these children in India.
