Downward trend was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market as most of the buyers kept on the sidelines , dealers said The May vaida commenced with no change at Rs 442.70 and that proved to be day's best at the same level. In the process of trading, it lost 20 paisa to be day's lowest at Rs 442.50 and market settled at Rs 442.60. The next July vaida followed suit and showed no change at Rs 441.90. Later, it gained 70 psisa to be day's highest at Rs 442.60. During the day, it lost sharply by Rs 4.40 to day's lowest at Rs 438.20 and market closed at the same rates.
