Bearish trend on ISE

Fresh bearish assault moved the entire ready-board in minus territory at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where sentiment of the market remained negative amid decrease in index. ISE Network Index decreased 94.48 points as the rate-based indicator moved from 12,308.31 to 12,213.83 points. The overall turnover amounted to 13,355,00 shares as compared to previous volume of 10,14,700 shares.
Total 116 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (83) closed in negative territory, 33 showed positive signs while zero company remained pegged to its previous level.
The turnover of PTCL was 843,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 390,000 shares, while of OGDCL 340,800 shares as compared to previous turnover of 437,500 shares and of PSO 952,00 shares as compared to previous volume of 591,00 shares.
