President Pakistan Muslim League (N) Punjab Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa has strongly condemned the government for imposing ban on the advertisement of Daily Nawa-i-Waqt and the Nation. Addressing a press conference here on Saturday he added that the government has imposed the ban on Nawa-i-Waqt and The Nation for projecting the ideology of Pakistan and for its anti-dictatorship polices.
Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa said that both dailies were being punished for playing an instrumental role in pleading the ideology of Pakistan and criticising the one-man show in the country. He said that the PML (N) was the only political party of the country, which had never desired to dialogue with the government on any issue and PML (N) strict to its principle stand.
The government league had lost its confidence and tumbling due weak roots among masses of the country he added. Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa said that it was highly alarming that United States of America was interfering in Pakistan's internal affairs for its own interests. Pakistan is an independent country and PML-N would not allow and tolerate any foreign interference or guidance of any foreign country for the larger national interests he added.
Zulfiqar Khosa alleged that government league was fanning provincialism and promoting biradarism just for its own interests as well as badly failed in maintaining the unity and harmony among the people of the provinces. The government he said believed and working on the "Divide and Rule" policy for linger on its tenure and hoodwinking the masses of the country he said.
Zulfiqar Khosa said that large numbers of people were joining PML-N despite of on hit list of the government adding that PML-N is a strong political party, which had its deep roots among the masses of the country.
The provincial PML-N president said that PML-N was fully capable to protect the national interests as well as the basic rights of the people of the country he said. Sardar Zulfiqar Khan Khosa was confident that Nawaz Sharif would be returned to Pakistan in near future.
Speaking on the occasion Khawaja Muhammad Asif Member National Assembly said that struggle for restoration of democracy would be continued at level and country would get rid of dictator and one mans rule. The democracy lovers in large number were joining PML-N for breaking political stalemate and for the revival true democracy in the country Khawaja Asif said. Many others also spoke on the occasion. A large number of advocates including president Sialkot District Bar Association Mehmood Bhatti on this occasion announced to join Pakistan Muslim League.
