ECB'S Liikanen: uncertainty also in emerging economies

HELSINKI: European Central Bank council member Erkki Liikanen said economic uncertainty had increased especially in developed countries but also, despite growth, in emerging economies.

"The uncertainties in emerging countries have also increased," Liikanen, who is also the head of Finland's central bank, said on Friday in a speech to a Finnish parliamentary committee.
