At least eleven passengers including two women were killed and another 29 injured when a Lahore bound bus head on collided with a tractor trolly loaded with goods near Chaubara (in Leiah district) some 100 miles north-west of Multan on Sunday morning. "It is an outcome of reckless driving and over speeding.
A speedy bus coming from Leiah violently collided head on with a tractor trolly on Sunday near Rafiqabad (Chaubara),resultantly nine passengers including two women died on the spot and another two died in hospital.
While condition of another four passengers is stated to be serious," Ghulam Mustafa acting DPO (DSP-Investigation) Leiah told this correspondent phone. The injured persons were admitted to Chaubara and Chowk Azam hospitals while serious patients were removed to Nishtar Hospital Multan.
