Punjab Minister for Health, Dr Tahir Ali Javed on Wednesday met Punjab University vice-chancellor Arshad Mahmood who briefed him about the establishment of PU Medical College and a teaching hospital. During the meeting, Tahir called for promoting modern techniques in medical education so as to improve the quality of education in the country.
King Edward Medical College's Assistant Dean of Medicine Professor Dr Syed Muhammad Awais and Registrar, Professor Dr Naeem Khan were also present on the occasion.
