International Public Relation Association (Ipra) (Pak) is holding an essay competition on "The role of public relation building "in connection with the independence day celebrations. Media people up to 28 years of age are eligible to take part in it.
The last date of receipt of application is August 20. A panel of judges of seasoned journalists and PR experts have been formed to select the winners. The result will be announced on 31st August in the newspapers.
Essay of maximum 500 words in Urdu or English can be sent. In both languages, first, second and third prizes of Rs 5,000, Rs 3,000, and Rs 2,000 respectively would be given in annual award ceremony 2005 to be held here in December 2005.
The entries should be sent to Khalid Rashid Shah president Ipra (Pak) Head Office, 20-E, G-7/3-2, Islamabad, by post to reach by 20th August 2005. The decision of the panel will be final. A copy of CNIC should accompany the entry.
