Azure Solutions is going to provide its fraud bureau service (FBS) to newly established mobile operator Warid Telecom, says a press release issued here on Friday.
Warid Telecom also has another licenses for operations of long distance and international (LDI) and wireless local loop (WLL) facilities.
The FBS is equipped with fraud control system (FCS), which uses intelligent detection technology and accepts multiple data feeds to allow all types of product or service to be monitored on different telecom services like fixed line, mobile, interconnect, Internet protocol (IP), the release added.
According to a statement, the FBS is a fully hosted system providing operators with 24 hours and 7 days operational support, upgrades, and hardware to detect fraud across their networks effectively without the overheads associated with providing an in-house fraud solution.-PR
