Soomro grieved over hurricane, Baghdad tragedy

Senate Chairman, Mohammedmian Soomro has expressed his deep shock over the devastation caused by hurricane Katrina wherein hundreds of human lives have been lost and thousands have been rendered homeless.
In a message to Kathleen Blanco, Governor of Louisiana State, USA, the Senate Chairman expressed his deep condolence to the victims of Katrina Hurricane, which caused wide spread devastation.
In another message of condolence to Hajim Al-Hassani, speaker National Assembly of Iraq, Mohammedmian Soomro said that he was deeply shocked to learn that hundreds of precious lives had been lost in a stampede on a Baghdad bridge as vast crowds of pilgrims were panicked by rumours of the presence of suicide bomber.
Soomro said that the people of Pakistan fully share the feelings of sorrow and grief felt by the brotherly people of Iraq and stand with them in this hour of grief.
