Auqaf department focal point for Madaris registration

The Sindh government has declared Auqaf Department as focal point with regard to ongoing registration of Deeni Madaris in the province. The registration of Deeni Madaris shall be effected under Societies Act XXI of 1860 (Amendment Ordinance No XXII of 2005).
Any complaint/difficulty with regard to registration may immediately be reported to provincial cell for quick redressal. The District Zakat Officers shall also cooperate and co-ordinate with the concerned authorities and persons for registration of Madaris.
