More than five persons snatched a car, mobiles and an amount of Rs 3 million from a property dealer Khalid Hussain and his business partner Ghulam Sarwar after forcibly abducting them at gun point.
Giving statement to Nishatabad Police, Khalid Hussain, property dealer and owner of Sundar Association Millat Town stated that he along with Ghulam Sarwar was going to Green Town in his car LZS-480 after drawing cash of Rs 3 million for a property deal. When they reached in Green Town, more than five armed unidentified dacoits riding in two cars, made hostage them at gunpoint and took him to a village, where the robbers looted them, beat them up badly, snatched car and cash of Rs 3 million and locked them in a room. After five days detention, the property dealer and his partner reached back to home and informed the police about the incident. Nishatabad Police is busy investigation.
Meanwhile, the local property dealers and business community has protested against this incident and demanding immediate arrest of the culprits.
