President General Pervez Musharraf visited the US Central Command headquarters, where he received a briefing about Centcom. Centcom Commander General John Abizaid briefed General Musharraf about the command's operations, which is one of the five geographically defined unified commands within the department of defence.
Earlier, General Abizaid warmly welcomed the President upon arrival, who visited Centcom at his invitation.
