The Bank of Khyber (BoK) has announced donation of Rs 1 million for the earthquake victims in the province. The assistance would be deposited in the Chief Minister Relief Fund.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the Board of Directors, which met here with Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman BoK, Mir Laiq Shah in the chair. The meeting offered Fateha for the departed soul and prayed for the recovery of the injured.
Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director BoK, Qazi Munir-ul-Haq announced the donation of two-day salaries of all staff of the bank. He added that the victims would not leave alone at this critical juncture and the whole nation would stand along with them.-PR
