The managing director, Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB), Brig. Iftikhar Haider, has said the Board will set up more than 100 online computerised complaint centers in all its three zones in 18 towns of the city during the restructuring process of the Board.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting of high level officials of KWSB on Saturday, said a press release issued here on Sunday. Highlighting the functions of complaint centers, he said that these centers would help the Board quickly respond to the problems of masses in more efficient manner.
He said these centers will operate under the direct supervision of KWSB superintending engineer of concerned town, while each of them will also co-ordinate with the Nazim of his respective town.
