Smeda has prepared and submitted a package programme to federal government to revive business activities in earthquake areas, especially in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, which will be implemented with total cost of Rs 13 billion.
According to official sources, under this package, about Rs three billion have been earmarked for House loan financing, while Rs 5 billion would be spent to provide more than 6,500 business establishment loans.
An amount of Rs 5 billion would be earmarked for about 12,000 micro finance loans.
