Arrangements for dental congress reviewed

Arrangements for 28th Asia Pacific Dental Congress were reviewed at a meeting held under the chairmanship of Sindh governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan here on Saturday. Chairman of the congress Dr Arif Alvi briefed the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Ishratul Ibad exhorted dental experts that besides scientific and technical matters, arrangements should also be there for liaison with people and their awareness.
He described the selection of Karachi as venue of this international moot a welcome gesture and said during the last few years, a positive image of Karachi has emerged all over the world due to sustained efforts.
He said holding of international events in different fields in a series is a testimony to this fact.
