Bulls strengthen positions on ISE

Equities showed healthy signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bulls strengthened their positions amid increase in index. ISE network index was plus by 48.42 points as the price-based indicator moved from 12,707.58 to 12,756.00 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 888,100 shares as compared to previous volume of 845,800 shares. Total 141 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (81) closed in positive territory, 60 showed minus signs whereas zero companies remained pegged to their previous levels.
The turnover of PTCL was 571,400 shares as compared to previous volume of 489,100 shares.
The volume of Hubco was 147,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 82,000 shares. The volume of Kot Addu Power was 42,000 shares.
