Falling trend was witnessed on the grain market on Wednesday as most of the buyers stayed on the sidelines amid good supply position, dealers said.
On the cereals side, bajra low type shed Rs 15 to Rs 1285 and better type was down by Rs 25 at Rs 1575, they said.
Wheat Mexipak old was quoted at Rs 1125-1130, while wheat Mexipak new was quoted at Rs 1135-1140, they said.
Due to falling demand on exports and local sides, rice Irri-white shed Rs 20 to Rs 890 and Rs 910. Other commodities held their overnight levels.
